Impossible to acquire some players

Hi!

I don't know how many times I've bid on Rasmus Elm in AZ (for example) and been turned down. I'm playing as Liverpool, I have won CL and Premiership and I think I would be able to acquire him, or Viktor Elm, Marcus Berg and so on. What should I do? Do I have to play as AZ to have in my fucking team?

Some players maybe just won`t come I tried for ages to sign Walcott eventually got him. Have bidded for Pato a number of times and never got him. Robinho I waited till he was unhappy but did not have enough cash, never been able to get to decision stage since. I`m Premiership champions, Champions league finalist rank 3rd in the world. I have bought some amazing young wonder kid called Joachim recently and managed to sign Santon, Beckham, Hargreaves, Quaresma, Lennon, Di Maria, Walcott, Okaka (maybe youngster).
