Started teaching a mate how to play today.
While i'm not exactly good on guitar, it made me realise how far i'd come from when i started.
He was having the exact same problems i had when i started

was at u2 on monday night, Was amazing!!!! the edge is fantastic, they were great and the script are really good too

I only learned my first bit the other day its smoke on the water, on the top string, not exactly great but its a start im a complete beginner dont know where to go next

Im a complete beginner, not sure what to do, theres no1 doing lessons near here at the moment I think , I'll check out them videos

Thinking on getting another new guitar

I Wana get a gibson sg but there in the 2 grand mark
I think id rather get good at playing b4 buying a new one

Don't buy a gibson. You're literally paying for the name
Last November, just before i bought my newest guitar, i was seriously considering buying a gibson.
Went into a shop asked to try a Les Paul (it cost €1499) i played it and literally couldn't find a difference between it and my Epiphone and it. My Epiphone cost €550

I've been told by a guy in a different shop that the main reason for the difference in price is that gibson's are made in america and Epiphone's are made in China.

Personally if i was going to spend that much, i'd buy a guitar for €800 and spend the rest on upgrading it

cool, I read angus & malcom young dont use and pedals to get that sound there using some sort of amp, but I here hat amp costs a bomb

Yeah i'd love to invest in a really expensive amp. Mine's grand but i'd like a marshall amp. They have really beat up ones in the place we practice but they're still great
