Allardyce has got hes Lawyers involved, also can be breach of contract as i understand under misconduct.

Also there is meant to be even more dirt to be uncovered in the coming days/weeks.

What was slagging off his predecessor in his contract as misconduct? If some actual dirt does come out then fair enough but what's in that video is extremely tame and a non-event, imo

If the Venky's didn't give a toss over performances, do you really think they'll care about some drunken comments?

Well in my experience i have an older brother who got sacked for a similar sort of incident, Also claiming hes a crook and claiming Allardyce bullied him which i think he said in the video, is the reason why Allardyce has got hes lawyers involved, I really hope they take Kean to the cleaners.

Your brother got sacked for slagging off his old boss (who has no longer has an affiliation with the company and that he replaced as manager) while drunk? If so, I'm pretty sure that would be wrongful dismissal...

Still extremely tame by any standard. I'd be extremely surprised if he got sacked for saying what he said.

And? Nothing was done then either, at least nothing substantial. There is little point in even raising the issue of a previous conviction.
