I also would be disappointed if he left, although i can see some truth in this story as he is a lot better than some Inter players.

No desire, no hunger, no fight.
If we cant beat Siena at home, we dont deserve the champions league.

2 games left, Atalanta and Inter, 2 points behind Napoli and Udinese.
All we can do is get 6 points (which we wont) and hope they both slip up at least once - but I really cant see it.

As far as im concerned, the season is over, and we will (maybe) be in the Europa League next season.

That in itself isnt bad, but I cant help but think if we had a stronger squad, and the players had some more fight in them (and we hadnt lost Klose) then we would already have 3rd place secure, so to lose it now feels like a kick in the balls.

Its not over yet, thanks to Bologna beating Napoli, and us remembering how to win, we can still get 3rd.

Just have to beat Inter next week, and hope Udinese lose away at Catania. Unlikely, but not impossible.

Ill be there in the Olimpico to cheer them on!

What a fantastic Derby. Had absolutely everything

Andrea Stramaccioni deserves the job. There's no arguing against it. He's been fantastic since coming in.

Yeah, they've thoroughly deserved it.

Just seen we've qualified for the EL. Really hoping we take it seriously but I just can't see it, the money just isn't attractive enough, plus there's only being 3 places for the CL

Inter were awesome last night! They found out how to have fun again playing football and I think that's the biggest influence Stramaccioni has brought to the side.

The Inter side from last night had a well-balanced mix of youth and experience and their movement on and off the ball was phenomenal. Not being in the Champions League next year could be a blessing in terms of taking the league back who knows, but I'm excited to watch this Inter side fight next season.

"The fans have been upset with the board and the manager but have stuck by the players and I hope the players don't forget that. I have not heard the supporters have a go at the players all season.

It is the manager and the owners they dislike. I will stick up for the fans. They don't believe their manager and the owners have been good enough for their football club."

Perfect summary from Robbie Savage

Love Stramaccioni's interviews. 8-)

Reporter: Is Longo ready?
Strama: He's 20, he plays for Inter, if he's not ready he might as well retire.

Most of them are just leaving tbh

Del boy will continue, probably in the MLS or follow Raul which is a pity
Nesta, probably the same. I hear PSG are interested though
Di Vaio's signed for Montreal. Again...pity
Gattuso says he wants to finish his career at Rangers
From Seedorf's comments, he'll continue
Not sure about the rest

Cordoba's retiring though

Flipin heck alot of players who were amazing in their prime there!

Last game in the premiership for a long time IMO today, unless we change manager, apparently everyone is advising Desai (our owner) to sack Kean her two brothers who have a stake in the club and all board member but shes still to be covinced as she makes the final decision, I hope they get rid of him.

Also a local consortium are preparing a bid for us, whether Venkys will sell im not to sure.
