Definite day 1 purchase for me.

Absolutely loved the first one (well, the last one, you know what I mean!)

Never played it online, its not my thing, although I understand it had some glitches, but for me, the single player campaign was fantastic. Gritty and realistic, much more my cup of tea than the over-hollywood-ised COD series.

It wasnt without its glitches, but they were minor and im confident they would have been ironed out.

If you havnt played it I recommend picking it up, can be got on the cheap now. If you can look past the less than perfect graphics its a great game.

The 'First' one didnt come out without the glitches. But the Multiplayer was hella fun to tell you the truth. I pretty much enjoyed it for a while until i started Gran Tourismo 5 again and lent the game to a friend. The sound of the gunshots were one of the best in the business. Doesn't matter what thinks of EA, they do know how to immerse you into a game when it comes to sounds. And the first edition of this 'NEW' Medal of Honor didn't disappoint, specially in Multiplayer mode when the gunfights are hectic as it can be. Really enjoyed and im looking forward to this one.

I just this morning completed the single player on the latest one for the 5th time, I can do it over and over its so good.
Yeah its linear story and levels, but the feel is just so real, beats COD and Battlefield for me.

Single player MOH was fantastic , better than COD and BF3's
The atmosphere and realism was out of this world - so immersive that i forgot that the whole thing was linear and scripted - top effort
I must say tho , the MP felt like it was the worst combination of COD/BF3 - and the snipers were an absolute pain in the backside

Ill be getting this new one in the bargain bins , just so i can play single player - which i bet will be great again

This was easily the best part of the EA presentation for me. Thought it looked quite good.

My only fear with this, is it will become a brainless, action filled, shooter like the COD series, which is exactly the reason I loved the last one.
The action was there, but it was gritty and realistic and not the OTT stuff you normally see.
