Re: Football Discussion (Part 6)
Udinese have said they're going to look after his sister who is "gravely ill" and relied on her brother.
Nice to see that his club are doing something good
The whole family thing is extremely sad
There are theories that he may not have died from a heart attack, some have suggested an aneurysm caused by a clash of heads early in the match.
I suppose, it doesn't really matter either way

Re: Football Discussion (Part 6)
Really good of the club to do that. I read somewhere that he had a troubled upbringing and football was his saviour from what would otherwise have been a pretty sucky life.
Just shows life really does **** some people over.

Re: Football Discussion (Part 6)
Bit more detail, Morosinis sister is disabled (not sure how, mentally/physically, etc) and needs care, I assume by that it means money to pay for carers/hospital etc, rather than constant supervision, since Morosini as a player couldnt do that.
But anyway, it seems that its not just Udinese the club, but specifically Antonio Di Natale, who has promised to take care of her.
If thats true, what a guy. Hats off.

Livorno have announced that the no.25 shirt will be retired in his memory
Also Spezia Calcio are giving the proceeds from their next 2 home games to his sister. Very good of them, considering the size of the club

Re: Football Discussion (Part 6)
Just read 2 very interesting articles, one saying that Hernanes "no longer feels at the centre of Lazios project" and some big european clubs are interested, namely Arsenal and Liverpool to list just 2.
Personally, I think hes been shit this year, and if a good offer comes in, id be tempted to sell. For the money he would bring in, we could get Giovinco and/or Destro (both been looked at by Lotito)
On the other hand, he was fantastic last season when played as trequartista, and I think putting him back there, rather than centre mid, might bring the best back, I think he thrives on the pressure and the responsibility.
The other article, is this; http://www.lalaziosiamonoi.it/?action=r ... izia=25188
Apparently Inter are warming to Zarate, he has impressed in recent weeks, and if they decide to keep him, we would try and do a deal involving Giampaolo Pazzini coming to Rome. Now that, I would be happy with. We need another solid striker, especially if we get into the Champions League, we cant rely on Klose playing every game and being injury free.

All you need is a 36 year old Argentinian with Bionic legs, a Brazilian-born Italian International and a dash of a usually unreliable Romanian and you're sorted

Re: Football Discussion (Part 6)
my lovely inter in 2010
I'll love chelsea just tonight
Real is a very poor team and I hate that idiot called Di Maria who keeps shooting while there's 4 players around him
Ronaldo deserves a better team (Man UTD

Re: Football Discussion (Part 6)
Apparently rumours going around (reportedly coming from Sky Italia, although I can't find the story) that Cesare Prandelli will become Inter manager next season.
No sign of it anywhere other than a few Inter fans on twitter, so it's more than likely bull started by someone with more time than sense but I'd love Prandelli at Inter
