Hey Adam,there is one more thing that should be changed in PES 2013.
When you press right stick,and your team mate runs forward,there should be no bar over the running player's head - this makes the game and passes more predictable and easier for your rival to intercept the ball.
Do you guys think so too?
I know,that this may be minor thing,but like all of you I want the game to be as good as possible

I will explain why. When you select a player to make a run its kinda like this:

Say you are on the football pitch and you shout to your team mate to make a run. He does so (this can be like the cursor going above his head as the defender hears you shouting to him urging him to move). The defender tracks his run (just like people will do online when they see you select another player). Now this is what I really love about PES 2013. It gives you a great opportunity to always throw a dummy and I was trying to get ThomBhoy on here to play this way. So after the selected player makes the run, you simply turn the other way and play a pass somewhere else. Or quickly select another player to make that run. This is a great way to open the best defences out there and more often than not when Im playing online a tear the arse out of other teams doing this lol.

Do you all know what Im trying to say here?

Adam, on another note, any word on the over whored Speed Merchant card and how they propose to tackle cheats online? This is more an annoyance for me than anything.

konami should make a special player model of adam and add him as free agent to the game lol. to say thank you for keeping some fans interested. Because i do beleive many more would have just left this game by now. I just hope konami reward the selfless work put in by this site by giving us 1 bug free, non scripted, good online game on this gen of consoles before we are forced to shell out 100s on a new console just to get a decent game of footy.

Yeh. i use the trigger runs a lot now mate, they're great for opening up the opposition defence , i always used the second player for free kicks, throw ins, etc, and had
completely forgot about the trigger runs in normal play, as we were all led to believe we didn't need to use them, but i suppose that was probably down to konamis last second tweaks as has become the norm.

Adam, i've a question i'd like you to ask when you can. You said they initially worked on the new engine, then decided to go back to the old one and keep the new one for pes 2014. Correct?
All the work done from september, for months, on pes 2013 will go, i presume, on pes 2014.
What i'd like to know is: how did they manage to pull out such big changes on the old engine and make pes 2013 that different, after losing months working on a project they shifted to next year? Did they put some of the work made on the new engine, into the old one to make pes 2013? I mean, it's usually hard enough to make big changes in 1 year, starting the work after the release of the previous game, or even before that. How did they manage to make such big changes while switching to the old engine, changing project, after months of work spent on the new engine?

The best idea is to make this optional at least(in match screen settings),this should not be a problem,and we both get what we want.What do you think mate?

I know what you are saying mate. Best to suit everyone but have you tried what I have suggested above. This for me makes PES 2012 a superb game. I love PES 2012 and Im sure PES 2013 will be amazing if its an enhanced version of this years game

Has anyone started an offline Master League campaign and is it any good? What level is best etc?

I have just downloaded Daymos' V3 Option File so good times later tonite

Yes,I tried it,and i'm almost always using the right stick as a dummy,but I play a lot in online league with many friends(for years the same league),and it's very easy to read.If that option(turn off the bar) could be possible then it should be in PES2013.It just adds more variety to attacks.
You say on footbal picth players shout ot team mates to run forward,but seriously - never ever heard that.Real players know when to run forward without any shouts
It's just option so it shouldn't be a bother to you,and we both will be satisfied i think.

I can only imagine you guys haven't played 11 a side football at any sort of level. Communication is absolutely key in a football match. . . as in number 1!

I know that ,but it doesn't depend on voice only(you can shout for near by teammate)
But its all about training and chemistry between the players.Although they can use signals to trigger a run not by shouting for a run.
There are players that love to shout at their teammates to provide space and support.
You sure watch how Barca players do the runs based on their chemistry ,training and vision.
So there's no need to shout at Messi to do a run

You know what would be cool, maybe in next-gen. Train your voice into the game in the edit section, then through the headset just shout commands. Like say you had 10 preset formations, you would just say "6" or whatever. You could also set up substitutes without going into the menu, shit anything could be done this way, change camera while the play is on-going, telling a player to "find space" or "down the left wing" or...stuff like that...way of the future I think and a key to solving how continuous play would work.
