Uncharted 3!!!

No way its an established part of the formula !!!
It completes the IndiannaJones/LaraCroft adventure dynamic for me - always uncovering something amazing
Just on the "supernatural" bit (dont want to spoil it for folk) at the end of UC3 on crushing its going to be a nice challenge this is !!

I never liked the bits of Tomb Raider that went all supernatural. And I hate the 4th Indiana Jones.

I feel Uncharted needs to freshen up its basis for the inevitable (and welcome) Uncharted 4, every one is, look for some artifact, against an army of enemies, find it, but its defended by some sort of supernatural power/zombies/monsters.

Dont get me wrong, I love it, all 3 of them, and will 100% buy the 4th, but I think they need to freshen up before they fall into the "same old" trap that alot of game series fall into.

Well the first one had the spanish sailers that had turned into zombie type things.
The second had the ultra strong, blue men that lived in the city where the stone was.
And the third - which I havnt finsihed yet so im not privvy to all the details - but it has people that turn into fire, run at the speed of light and throw balls of fire/energy at me.

It's no really realistic anyway to be honest. Supernatural elements benot this games problem but other game design issues. Said it in the latest NGB podcast that this game is merely brilliant but that makes it not as god as UC2 IMO.

Hit them hard with the hammergun (explosive) - or any magnums sniper rifles lying around - theres some very strong guns lying around on this section if you venture for them

I cleared this game on crushing on the weekend - the challenge was a joy to take on - the supernatural part required about 10 restarts but felt great to beat it

Next stop with UC3 is online ......criminal if you dont give it a chance the UC2 online was simply fantastic - and this looks more dynamic and better

Yep, Unique springs to mind.....the only thing that let down UC2 online IMO was that there weren't enough quality maps - seemed like you were forever playing the same 4 maps - I think if they had more quality maps to choose from it would've been a lot better obviously, because the graphics and the premise for me is awesome.

In FPS games you can't do platforming, in other cover based shooters you can't platform either, in this game you do that and pretty much everything except drive which is why to me Uncharted multiplayer has that it factor over everything else that sets it apart from other multiplayer games. Not saying it's better, though for me it is my multiplayer shooter of choice, but it's just so unique and different in a good way.

Awesome advert for what a 3DTV adds to your gaming immersion. It's hard to describe as it's something you just have to witness with your own eyes, but sense of depth is everything! And it's so underrated it's criminal...

Yea UC3 is fantastic but for some reason i think UC2 was better.
