In fairness, it happens when you're not very stealthy

Used to love "Basement Killing" for those kind of frolics

Makes sense :D. Make a lot of noise, expect to wake up the neighbours.

Speaking of Ave maria, there was a short clip of the live demo presentation at E3 shows a female opera singer that sings Ave maria before they present the demo. I'm searching for it now but couldn't find it.

Anyone else get the feeling Hitman 5 is going to be delayed and restarted from scratch, i.e. Splinter Cell Double Agent back in 2007? Most places (including the official forums) are not happy about the apparent direction of the game. Coupled with the facts that the original voice actors of Agent 47 and Diana won't be returning for this game, I'm getting a bit worried.

Haha it does look alot like the mediocre Splinter Cell Conviction which for me was by far the worst in the series.

Is this game running on the Unreal 2.5 engine like SCC or Unreal 3?

Haven't got a clue, Johnny. I vaguely remember reading somewhere that they're using their own "Glacier 2.0" engine. Dunno if thats true or accurate.

Hitman: Absolution is a "more personal story" than its predecessors, according to the game's lead producer.

IO Interactive's Hakan Abrak told Digital Spy that protagonist Agent 47 will work alone in the Square Enix-published title, and the player will learn more about his character.

"I think one big difference is the story. You've been used to these traditional hits, Diana giving you a hit as the pacing of the story," he said. "It's very different in this one because Hitman has to work alone. He's been betrayed and he's being hunted.

"It's a far more personal story. This time around, Agent 47 makes the next moves and pushes the story. You come a lot closer to Hitman and learn more about him than ever before."

Abrak also outlined some of Absolution's new gameplay features. The game will include significantly improved AI, evolved versions of previous mechanics and the new 'Instinct' mode.

"The other big difference is the technology. We've added new features and really upped the AI - because that's a core part of Hitman - to give those different, funny and weird stories within the story. That we have focused very intensely on," he added.

"We have used very evolved editions of existing mechanics, such as disguise and impersonation, and, as I said before, the AI. Also, there's 'Instinct' mode. The players use 'Instinct' to react to situations. For example, if you are disguised as a doctor you'll write in your notepad to remain undetected, if you are police you'll talk into your radio."

Hitman: Absolution will also feature original game design concepts, distinctive art direction and use of IO Interactive's new Glacier 2 engine. It will be released for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC in 2012.
