Agreed. Badminton is awesome. But table tennis is the worst sport ever. Absolutely hated playing it during school

I loved playing Table Tennis & Badminton at school, everybody else was pretty poor - bar a few of us, so we all of the good players and the teachers played, while the others were just hitting balls and shuttlecocks everywhere
I'm not sure this is a sport, but I did see it on Eurosport once!
Table Football, I loved playing this at school and at home

Table tennis was a big thing in 6th form. IN our reading room/hang out room, we had a table and every break/lunch or free period we there. Got serious at times which was fantastic. I've got my own table tenns table at home, but don't get mnay games on it unfortunately.
Squash is another favourite of mine.
Fooseball is good fun too, I used to have a table but it got ruined somehow.....Kind of wish I still had it.

Really looking forward to the Superbowl on Sunday.
Im an Eagles fan, but I want the Steelers to win again. Will be their 7th if they do, theyre already the most successful team.

I am not a fan of any team in the NFL but always enjoy watching the Superbowl. I like to watch the main events of most sports even if I am not a big fan of the sport.
I will be watching the Superbowl.
I watched the Royal Rumble on Sunday night/Monday morning.

I'm looking forward to the Superbowl too, just like every year. I think if american football were on free-tv here in germany i would be a huge fan of this sport. I used to go to NFL Europe games of Berlin Thunder before they shut the whole thing down. Was great fun.

Must have been truly amazing. I hope i can see a NFL game in the US one day.
I remember i was a fan of the Rams when they had Kurt Warner. Now i'm not really supporting any team.

Who's in the supwerbowl final? Has it been decided?
Also, why do they play so few games? Isn't the regular season like 16 games?

It's the Pittsburgh Steelers vs the Green Bay Packers on the 6th Feb.
I think it's the most body damaging sports you can think of, that's probably why they play so few games. At least that's what i think.
If you're up that late you should give it a try, it is relly interesting if you're familiar with the rules.

Re: OTHER SPORTS
Theyre talking about extending the regular season to 18 games, but if they do they will reduce pre-season from 4 friendlies to 2, so they play the same number of games total, because it is so physically demanding.

Obviously it's physically demanding with head on collisions, but that only involves a certain amout of players (doesn't it). And they wear protection, sure look at Rugby, they have very little protection, no helmets and their games are 80 minutes without timeouts etc.

Re: OTHER SPORTS
True, but my old American Football coach put it best. Rugby is a contact sport - football is a collision sport.
Dont get me wrong, rugby is tough, but in rugby they grab you by the waist, by the legs, etc, and stop you running. In football, a man running as fast as he can, throws himself into another man running as fast as he can. That hurts. Believe me ive experienced it first hand.
Pretty much all the players get hit, the only one who is really protected is the quarterback. Theres all sorts of rules to protect him, not unlike goalkeepers.
NFL games are an hour of game time, so theres not much difference in terms of game length. And sure, they have helmets, pads, etc, but that only really protects against serious injury, it doesnt stop it hurting nor does it stop you getting damaged.
Martin Johnson went to train with the Seattle Seahawks a few years ago, and he said he didnt think he could do it for a living. And we all know how tough he was!

Good points, but how there's alot of timeouts and breaks between each play and qauters and I'm sure the rest minutes definitely build up. You're always moving in rugby and all you have to do is watch Jonah Lomu to see a man running as fast as he can and someone trying to stop him. He's pretty much an unstoppable force.
I tend to like sports that flow, so that's probably the main reason why I don't get NFL, NHL, Baseball etc.
