Exactly the same, its near impossible to fall asleep when it's too hot.

The cold, well if it's not too cold. So there's a point where i would definitely change to the hot.

Cold. has to be love winter because you know its going too get interesting birthday games coming out, christmas, also if your cold yuou can warm your self up easily whereas if you your too hot its hard to get yourself cool and impossible to sleep

Your body temperture has to drop by 2°c before you can fall asleep, I read that somewhere recently- but I'm not sure where.
