I figured that most of those players will cost me a bit. I don't expect to snap them up immedietly. I have over 300 players to scout so i will turn to other targets. I do want to secure mainly German players as it's a method i used at Lille with getting French players. It meant my team bonded and performed really well really quickly.

Yeah, very much so. If they all speak the same language, they will definitely gel alot quicker. I remember in CM days I would have tried to make sure the CB's, CM's and Cf's were the same nationality or at least spoke the same language fluently. But in recent years I've kind of forgot abot this method.

Not in my saved game oddly, and I selected large database. However I checked him in the editor, and he's there. Some good stats man. His technical attributes are pretty high, like 16 in finishing and free kicks.
