I'm going to get to grips with that today. I need to merge the bottom of the t-shirt with the bit across the chest, in order to get that lovely "pinched fabric" look in the corners of the flag. It's an excellent size so thank-you for that.

There's a stunning 2000px version on Wikipedia. You're probably referring to that one.

EDIT: No need for the Wikipedia version. The site maltie posted has an .eps version! Can't wait to see this logo in Premier League matches in PES2011.

once we found out what size the images have to be for flags n add boards this thread is gonna be carnage lol

not that it really matters because i feel there is no need for me to contribute unless asked, because what everyone else is doing is already damn great. BUT...

You all seem to have UBER sharp images whilst i cannot seem to get mine to look like that

Are you creating in illustrator ?

I only have an ancient version of Photoshop 7 i have been using. I no longer have illustrator, sadly.

Plus, I am using BORU1OO's crease template but i can't get it to look anywhere near as 3D as the rest of you.
Is there a specific thing i should be doing with them ? I'd love to contribute to this thread, but right now, my flags/banners
just aren't in the same league (hur hur). If i can get mine as sharp as you guys, i'd love to help out

@Jaymez - I'm just creating the image in Photoshop, and then saving it as a PNG file. When I add the flag texture, I have to reduce the actual flag's overall size (in terms of dimensions) because the flag texture is only about 500x250. If I were to strech the flag texture to the original, full size of my custom-created flags, it would have to be stretched out to 800-900x500 - and I doubt the texture would look good after that.

As for the flag texture, I struggled with it initially, but you just have to mess around with 'Brightness/Contrast' and 'Hue/Saturation' according to the colours of the flag, and how pronounced you wish to make the creases, shadows and folds appear.

As maltie mentioned, I feel like I'm shooting in the dark at the moment. I don't really know what image specifications PES2011 will accept. I'm worried that our flags will have to be stupidly big like 2000x1000 in order for them to look crisp and clean in-game. I hope not. On the other hand, a flag with a size of 400x200 won't look good in PES2011 - this much I'm sure.

At the minutes its just a guessing game, I urge you guys who are making banners etc, to save them as PSD, so that it will be easier to remake if there are too small/big.

I'm hoping Adam gets retail copies soon, and passes onto the right peeps.....
