Ill start us off:

1. The screen went black and went to show the Japan coach before a sub but the whole screen was black and only had the caption at the bottom.

2. Deflected shot went high in the air and fell behind the goal, the keeper made some crazy save that was just silly

1. black screen also after a sub, BUT the game went on. So opponent side scored as I couldn't see shit.
2. players still put the ball out close by the sideline when there is no danger. Like a bad control. You know what I mean

Not sure if this counts as a "bug" persay but it's clearly not right:

Andy Townsend in commentary states the following phrases -

"Spain never do anything on the big stage or at tournaments"
"I can't wait to see the likes of Raul..."
"These Croatians really dive into the tackles, Kadlec is lucky not to get booked" during a Spain vs Czech Republic match.

I realise the first two are the remnants of a lazy copy-paste job but how the third one slipped by them I'm not sure.

I found a BIG mistake. When qualifying in Africa (I'm playing Egypt right f.y.i.) RSA also plays in the qualifiers. This is something that simply blows my mind. Oh yeah, I chose the "real" qualification option...

Hate to blow your mind dude, but SA actually did participate in the qualification because it was also needed for qualification for the Africa Cup of Nations.

Here is the quote from wiki:

However, South Africa were eliminated from the qualifiers after the second round. Also need someone to do me a favor or maybe explain something to me, play as or against Iraq and tell me what the hell is going on with the commentators saying different names to the players name that shows up at the bottom. Like not even close to a similar name, will say like Mohamad Usef and the commentator will say Djemba Ba. Thats not an actual example but thats how far away the name they say is from the player?

Also commentary blows this year, it seems like its a real half assed job. Bruce Djite from Australia gets his name said as dgshite, dj-etay. Really disappointed with that.

After paying £40 for the game, I hope Ea release a patch to fix some of these issues, especially the golden boot one.

Where some goalscorers don't get recognized in the overall chart for how many goals they have scored. It seems to recognize their last game.

Is someone gonna send this list over to EA? I know Humber has gone on holiday, but surely there must be sum1 in the office.

AND ALSOO i dnt understand dat the squads are not up to date like,, brazil still have ronaldinho and not michel bastos ,, we shud b able to select like in fifa 10.. the players hair changes like terry has ginger/brown hair instead of dark brown even ferdinand has.

I had an issue when starting the online game. The game froze as the players were coming out. I had to quit the game!

Just loaded my World Cup full qualifying campaign with Australia, and when I go the roster, my entire starting eleven is reserves, and my original starting eleven (e.g., Harry Kewell, Tim Cahill, etc.) are missing. Only half my reserves are there, and in the place of where reserves would be there 11 GK slots, all empty.

Seriously, they let this type of thing into the game?

I havnt got the full game, only the demo, and im glad I didnt spend £40 on it, which i was temped to do today.

It seems to me they rushed it out for the World Cup, and left in loads of bugs, some of which mentioned above are just ridiculous.

I had one of the commentary errors in the demo just now, Capdevilla got booked, and Andy Townsend said "Luis Aragones will be furious with Capdevilla for that".

He may well be, but Vincente Del Bosque is the current manager of Spain!

Another made me laugh, commentator said "the ref has booked Andrea Pirlo", Andy Townsend replies "well, weve all done it, ive done it myself a few times".

Dude get the game, trust me! The bugs above are no where near as bad as the bugs in FIFA 10. The game is still completely playable.

All the squad issues are going to be fixed when the offical 23 man squads come out.

So when the squads are announced on June 4 (?) they will release a patch which will have correct squads, numbers, etc?

If so, I may get the game on June 4, when it might have been reduced a bit. Im not spending £40 on a jazzed up copy of FIFA that ill only play for a few weeks.
I think had the game been £20, £25 I might have bought it already.

What country do you live in? A lot of places have it pretty cheap. I got mine for 70 AUS which is about 70 us these days. I think its defiantly worth the money. There will be several squad updates, one when all the 23 man squads are announced, another during the tournament to reflect who is playing well and starting lineups. Then one at the end of the tournament with updated stats and starting lineups to show how it all happened.

I had to play a play-off after qualification. There was no draw for this, which i think would have been a nice inclusion as the one for the world cup is excellent. Plus on the fifa.com style info screen it was coming up as a groub b game which confused me. For a minute i thought i was actuall about to play a wc finals game. Its should clearly state that its a 2 legged play off. Also in the 2nd leg i think the aggregate score could be shown in screen too. Not really a bug i suppose but could it be patched?
