PES 2011 Wish-lists: Master League

Hello! I'm here I do not criticize, and propose suggestions and that the new would like to add in the Master League! I suggested here that:
This proposal concerns the whole game: I do have players falling to the ground or on the grass sticky! It would be realistic!
Here is a proposal in person to the Master league: it's cool if the players were beginning to evolve to suit the age of 16, 17,18, each in different ways to evolve and finished in 32, 35, 40 years, too, each in different ways and in this period of development that would almost did not decrease, and then in old age quietly but not dramatic pace as in PES 2010!

Youth team - if you pick someone like inter then more of the youths should be more based around their according country not a complete random lists of nationalities like 2010. I mean their should be say some random ones like ghana however lets say 70% should be italian or close countries whilst the rest anywhere .

Also more members not just 11

Some concerns for master league:

Why can't we get superstar players by offering a high amount of money? why does it have to based on the scouts ability? (I mean i won the champions league, fa cup and english league 2 yrs in a row but players still wont join my team)

Why cant we edit appearances (shoes) of our teams players in master league instead of having to go to the edit mode?

What happened to the preset crest (fake teams) such as FC LEO, ARIES, etc.?

I would love to see in the new version of PES, such as changes in ML:
- The ability to change teams during career
- Possibility of establishing friendly matches
- Easier kupowaniw players in the first season such as Ronaldinho, Kaka, Messi
- The ability to conduct representation

-the inclusion of the copa libertadores

-include under 21 competitions and under 20 worldcup, also a youth championship with that way you could get more youth players to choose from.

-the bigger the team the bigger the pressure, the fans and the board want results,get reports on the season objectives and future ones to from your coaches.

-if you don´t use your player that much they will skip trainings and that will affect their morale,and you could punish the players for it.

-inclusion of a more diverse training area, whereas you could upgrade it and that would see on the point´s players gain in the pitch, also gives the possibility to create our own set-pieces, choose were you want you players and wich ones offensivly and defensevly.

-stadium builder, for when you start with a created team.

- injuries during training sessions

-possibility to change clubs and coach national teams, where you would have to qualify for the world cup, european cup etc..., depending with national side you choose.

-more stats based on everything, and keep a record of it for all the seasons.

-To appoint the best trainer of the season has the end of this one.

I was really amazed of ML in 2010 but it still needs so much improvement.. probably the most important thing is to add PRE SEASON, friendly matches . Add some relationships with other clubs so we can join some pre season cups like in real life. Add more competitions please - like Clubs World Cup (Konami cup is similar but it is just a final), Euro Super Cup, League Super Cup (winner of league against winner of cup)...and here is another important thing - please make the real youth teams of biggest clubs..you know if I add young talents just to club in game database, they won't be counted as youth players and their salary will be too high. That means I will be - with money soon. And please let us play ALSO YOUTH TEAM MATCHES like some youth FA Cup or so. Let us move players from A team to reserve and back. Add more chances how to earn money...tickets, TV streams - everything must be included...and I miss so much more leagues but this is not suggestion supposed to be in this topic.

EDIT: Let us suggest the transfer fee of player we want to buy

If we are off season and it is transfer window in summer between the seasons, make it going day by day...not week 1 week 2 because new season comes so fast and you do not even have time to get ready for new season...and you will also have time to make transfers

My main wishes would be:

1) I'm sure I am not the only one to sell players when you see them getting old, we should be rewarded for keeping players like Del Piero, Giggs, Raul etc till they retire. They can either be added to your staff list, Hall of fame with the club or just be reborn into your youths.

2) Board/Crowd interaction: Selling your clubs biggest players should result in the fans well..hating you and complaining unless you find a suitable replacement. Good results should mean that the clubs fans start respecting you, sending emails form the clubs website etc. The board should show their expectations, grant you more money if you're successful etc. You should also be able to check what your fans think about the club maybe have a poll on which players they would like to see at the club etc, makes the game feel much more realistic.

3) Set player targets: If you spend big money on a player he should have certain targets set. Let's say you manage to buy Cristiano Ronaldo he should score a minimum of 10 goals and 5 assists(for example).

4) Moving clubs some people might get bored of playing for the same team after a while. Big clubs should be able to view your CV the more trophies you've won, the bigger the clubs you'll attract

5) Bring training back: As a manager you should be able to train your players either manually or automatically meaning you can see them training on fitness or simply practising set pieces.

6) Scouting: You should be given the choice to discover players no one has ever heard of, by scouting the player(either by assigning a scout to mark the players progress or by watching match highlights) eventually turning him into a star or a flop

7) Press conferences

8) The club should give you wages which you can use to unlock balls, stadiums, teams, emblems etc etc.

Thats about it, hope the ideas haven't been mentioned

In the past pro evo's, in master leagues you could see your past seasons statistics like how many goals you scored and how many goals your players scored in that season and so on, they took it out why? That was a good feature, put it back in. There should be a statistic where you can see how many clean sheets your goalkeeper has kept.

In the master league mode, when you win the league they should make you feel more of a champion, because in the start of every season you feel like you haven't won anything. Make the transfers more realistic; make the prices for the players more accurate. When you loan a player you should have the power to get them back when you want. Show pictures of your new transfers holding the shirt and in a press conference. When you sign sponsorship deals, the sponsor should be on your kit. When playing matches, you should be able to see players warming up on the touchline. You should be able to put your players into reserve matches. EG coming back from long term injury, new young signings to gain experience. You receive reports on how well they did. When you buy players on loan, you should be able to make the loan permanent.

- introduce days in calendars (would add more time for respite)

MANAGING
- ability to change a club (approached by another club, etc.)
- ability to be a manager of an international squad (just putting it out there)

NEGOTIATION
- more complex terms
- combining money and players in negotiations, example:
- 10M and Lucas Leiva for Kranjcar, etc. (not just one player)
- percentage off of next sale clause (extra cash in your register)

MANAGER-PLAYER INTERACTION
- another way to avoid pissed off players, offering them explanation, for example:
- I'm resting you for an upcoming derby/UEFA Cup/Championship league game
- I'm going with a formation you're not useful in
- You're not in a good form (work on it throe practice)
- I'm counting on you in the next game
- I need you to lead the team, etc.

MANAGER-TEAM INTERACTION
- to boost morale during games or warn players of their mistakes
- could help to boost morale or have the opposite effect
- depending if one is to easy or to rough on his players
- I'm delighted with your performance, or...
- I'm not happy with your performance, etc.

PRESS CONFERENCE
- before and after the game, for example:
- We will win the upcoming game (to boost morale)
- Our opponents are tough but we're tougher
- We respect our opponents
- things that would effect morale, form and get the team heated for a game

I want to ask/add some other things.

I've some players, which had the purple arrow (down) for at least 12 matches in a row. Why that? I don't understand! If they were happy, they would play every match if possible. But I can't, as they are too bad. In addition, their mood suffers, because they can't play. WTF!? vicious circle here..

In addition, players who played every match since day one, have only one "love point" left in their happiness bar. Why? They play nearly always, they play in their preferred position, and if they are in a bad mood, I don't put them on the pitch. Please fix that.

Altogether, make the "Mood-system" a bit transparent. That we can know, what's going on.

This is my dream:

Instead of bringing the retired players back after one or two seasons as 17 years old youngstars, they should be able to create randome edited players, with fake names, but original faces, random hairstyles, height, weight and stats. For example a defensive player, 189 cm, 85 kg, pippo inzaghi face, long hair and random name. They should be able to create a hidden editor that every year after players retire, mixes up every aspect of the players and creates new, never seen players, that nobody can have twice in a game.

I HATE the return of retired players I think at least there should be an option to disable this feature.

PLAYER POSITION CHANGE
- allow changing players general position:
- I'm tired of players moaning I'm not using them in their preferable role
- adding another position for them to play on doesn't fix this

SPECIAL CARDS
- introduce more special cards per player (12 doesn't cut it)
- the better the specialty, higher the price, longer it takes to obtain it
- just make more of those

TRAINING AND RESTING
- introduce resting option for players
- this means they skip practice in that week (or day, to be clarified) to rest
- combined with my previous request for days in the calendar, this would be useful not to mention realistic

NEGOTIATIONS
- if negotiations fail, don't make us wait for the scout to make another offer
- introduce immediate renegotiation with option to change the clauses and fees
- as stated before, introduce more clauses for transfers (bonuses per appearance, goals, assists, etc.)

IMPORTANT
- as stated before, players need to be aware of the necessity to rotate a squad
- NO MORE COMPLAINING if they don't play every single match
- introduce options to explain why players are not in the line up (check my previous post)

I want them to add more details more realistic that and natural features and make ML bigger.

* Be treated as a coach director of the team.

* Since i am the coach i have to renew contracts if the president of the club allows it to you
It depends on the performance of your team and the goals of the contract I made with the team
or president of the team.

* Better gazette with more details like videos of the best goals and summaries or results of
mos popular teams .

* Summons of country there are given , also players of selections Sub 17, sub 21, sub 23. Not only of major national teams.

* That other clubs offers you to coach their teams and also National teams offer you to coach them to play the America's cup , UEFA cup and differently Continents and coach a team trow
the elimination for the World Cup every 4 years like in real ife.
Also have all kind of stats for possible summons of such players
And possible players that you can call for your National team.

* That the weariness of the players is more natural and realistic and is not affected by ML's level that you choose.

* Better affiliated players for your team and that the players and his nationalities base the nationality of the club with one or other exceptions.

* That is more easily to acquire players of other clubs and not impossibly as in PES10 for example.

* That players of your team obtain more offers and more of them.
