fifa10 online problem in main account

i cant connect to ea servers to play online fifa modes, i can play with other accounts on my ps3 but not with the main account, i also can play fifa 09 online in the main one, so i dont understand why im not able to connect to fifa 10 ea server, its been 6 days since i realised, so i hope anyone now what to do, cause i just bought liveseason and fut10 and cant even played them once..the message says ea servers not abailable....
