Goal of the Month competitions with prizes would be good.

For example - WIN a limited adition pair of boots to use in-game
or
WIN a 3rd kit for Barcelona

Sounds good that actually.. remember in that MyPES they said you earn special badges for using different teams.. could be earning something to put on your MyPES profile..

Do you know Murphy confirmed that now we can take control of a team controlled by CPU during a match?if not, well now it's confirmed and
i'm pretty sure this is intended to stop people easily obtaining this achievement in league/cup by cheating

Pleased to see things starting to normalize now, I haven't been around since the formative days of WENB but I am curious as to how things would be different if Adam, as he says, focuses on the core WENB community vs reaching out to the wider audience ? I'm not on Twitter you see and I pretty much just log on to WENB for all my PES news, which Adam and everyone involved do brilliant work. So I'm not sure what Adam means entirely when he says time to focus on the real fans here....

On another topic, have to say that 360 vid looks superb! Hell the San Siro looks epic....the stadium shadows on the pitch, the pitch texture and vibrancy omg such a lush pitch, and yes it does all look so fluid. It's vids like that which make you think 'I wish I was playing that!'

You know what ? I'll put my trust on konami above anyone else. Just take a look at the gamescom trailler and let's use the common sense... video traillers have a much wider audience than just some offscreen gameplay videos, and what we've seen on the gamescom trailler is certanly their goal with the final code, it's where their main features for this year (includind AI) are presented to the whole gaming community (not jus pes community), and we can see a fantastic AI on it. Do you really think that suddenly the game would have that drop of quality, therefore they won't deliver what they have been showing ? If you think so, why would they release that video trailler showing a completely different AI behavior on the field (much better btw) then ? Traillers like the one on gamescom are supposed to show what we must expect from the final game, that's the fact.

Also, look at all those videos with John Mrphy commentary... look at all the efforts and evidences Konami have been giving to us to show how how good is the AI. It's not about the game it'self, it's about Konami's reputation. I really think they won't mess up what they already achieved in terms of AI and they simply have been proved how good it it with gameplay scenes, including on their LATTEST OFFICIAL video, wich is the gamescom trailler.


Sorry for writting about that stuff, i know you all don't want to see this discussion brought to these boards again, but i really wanted to share my feellings and i hope Adam don't edit or earase my post (pleaaseee lol)

I think that konami still have to add new things like faces because cant be that abate dont have a real face and in the video of leverkusen many players dont have a real face

Adam what you have done with WENB is unparalleled the ammount of effort to stay in the forums on twitter and share so much info was like i said unparalleled. Big credit to your whole team!!!!! We certainly appreciate the mazing amount of time you put into the community spesh with family and work commitments its not easy. no existing site did that before theonly site that came close was and the only other one i would rate is pesfan.com who still weren't as interactive or revealing with the pre-game info for their own reasosns. Dont let some FIFA fan boys get you down, PES has the biggest and most educated fanbase, which will only grow more and more with the game in the coming years.

I hope it is, but the Theatre of Legends is already in 2011 in the BAL online mode.

1. curious as to know whether early play testers raised the issue with acrobatic volley kick overkill? disappointed it's still present in the game from '11. i made some noise about it on couple of occasions in these forums but obviously fell on deaf ears. may as well rename the game to pes street jokes aside, why it was never an issue pre 2011 yet all of a sudden it has crept into the game. im neither trolling nor bashing the game for kicks...just passionate about the game and series (since 1998) when things like this happen out of the blue, its frustrating.

2. can we expect official copa lib graphics/scoreboard within the mode this year? not sure if they do like CL though...
