i think i may have worked it out, a lot of guess work has gone into this but "the bald guy at EA sports" said that he wanted to make EA sports into a sports brand thats as big as sky sports. So maybe Live Season will have EPL or La Liga highlights, maybe just goals? Maybe live score updates?

That's it . There was something like that in past years' NBA live. Every day it will show you what games were played the previous day and you will be able to re-create them, in all authenticity, but maybe with different results than the real life ones.
To be honest this mode sucked big time in NBA live and I find it as dull as it can be, but I can't see any other explanation about the "change history" motto.

There's already a very similar mode to that in FIFA - Interactive Leagues (and yeah I think that feature's a bit rubbish too). Perhaps they're updating it to include Live Season 2.0 and that's what is going to be unveiled in September.

I hope it is, we're all so clever if that's what it is.

That doesn't change the fact that this mode will suck though...
I simply ADORE playing Manager Mode with a pal of mine together, 2 vs CPU, and I can't wait till they implement something extra cool to it, instead of looking to find something like a gimmick. Although I like the idea of the virtual pro, I would NEVER ruin the authenticity of the MM by adding him in my serious MM career.

Or what is the point of playing a season with your club, replaying all the matches, if you can not make any transfers to fill in the gaps your team has???

Because when i saw a video on NBA 10 they said that you could play some of the games and important moments from the week.

just one question regarding live season... if ur player say fabrigas starts the week at an over all 88 with the short passing attribute of 92 (just an example i don't know what the default stat is) and he has a cracker of a game in the premier ship (everton) the next week his form shows that he is rated at 95 so does this have an effect on his passing attribute does it become say 96 or something... or do any of his attributes change or is it just the overall that increases...

also a question of topic when playing in manual how does the passing attribute affect the player does it have any impact at all?...

1.) I think all the individual attributes get an certain % increase. Result - the overall score gets an increase. So yes, his short passing game would be better. As well as his shooting, crossing, etc.

2.) Yes, it has a big impact. Even more in FIFA 10. Try making manual passes with a Coca-Cola League 1 team. It's a lot harder than doing it with a Premier League team.

Maybe there's a twist. Because, I also thought about "Interactive Leagues" when I read that. Maybe they put it all together under one name? Time will tell..
