- Instead Of Inter Club Matches; Matches Against Other Reserve Teams Would Be Much Better
- Your Path To Stardom Made A Little Tougher
- Media Interaction Should Be Integrated

with the new camera, added in pes 2010, this modality is almost perfect, for pes 2011 please Konami focus on other key aspects like gameplay and animations

Much more in-depth career style BAL. Like as if you're really living as a football player.

Aspects of the career
-Footballing records (goals, trophies, etc.)
-Improving your game (different ways of training, improving different stats.)
-Fame (social status - location you live in, cars you drive, etc.)
-Fame (unofficial tittles - Loyal player, super sub, club hopper, can be good or bad.)
-Choosing your path (whether you want to collect fame points spending money you earned from a big club, or score lots of goals at a smaller club, or both - your choice.)

Just a brief idea. ;)

It's really obvious but have some sort of indicator of how you're doing while playing the match :!:

- ability to be made captain of your team once you have established yourself as the star

- less emphasis given to scoring goals and more on actually playing your chosen position

- more realistic substitutions, when i am the best player on the pitch don't sub me after 70 mins!!!

- media and manager interaction

- real currency in transfers and wages

- base starts need improving, more generally or not you are either born quick or slow. it's not realistic that playing matches and training is not going to turn me into usan bolt from a base of for example john terry

- maybe training games to establish base stats

i'm sure i think of more over the coming months!

just received a couple of contract offers and has made me think of the following

- you should be able to see the clubs formation, squad and squad numbers easily

- you should be given a squad status i.e squad player, first teamer, captain, legend

- you squad status and the those of your potential new team mates should determine whether you can take an already used squad number or not

how about REAL MONEY terms instead of value points?? such as how much you earn?? signing a long-term contract?

and also hiring an agent?

also include like a section where you can say like what your dream is in your career such as playing for barca so then it can like trigger a reaction from that team to renew your contract with the current team OR allow barca to fufill your dream

Include rivalries and friendships in your team and in other teams, and let this affect the number of passes you get from that player and let you manage this side of the game.
Next time play Ronaldinho and Pato you useless tool!!!

- The initial atributes from which the player starts should be decided by the way i play the scout match.

- Focus fields should be more exhaustive. The inital number of points which we can assign to attributes should be higher when the player is young and decrease to a minimum of like 4 when the development curve begins to decline.

- type of player to choose ie- speedster, scorer. which affect your initial attributes
- i would like to have target every half season - performance (goal, assist, win ball ratio), attributes
- option to simulate when you are not playing. tired of having to go through the whole match without even playing. (mlb road to the show for example)
- i agree playing in the reserve league is better than intra-team match
- i would like to see fan support/hate/love
- brand sponsors - might affect boot options or other accessories
- legend rating - you can see the transition from a mere bench player to superstar-dome and legendary.

As this mode has recieved no real update in PES2010, I'll just give the same feedback I gave for PES2010.

This mode is by far the most played by myself. I absolutely love the idea of it, but I do find it very frustrating so I have a number of suggestions to fix it. I have mentioned these in the original thread in this section, but I felt this mode could do with in depth discussion.

What I said in the original thread was the following:

Become a Legend

1. If you are supposed to have the potential to become a legend, your stats should not be terrible at the start of the game.
2. It should be easier to increase your stats. Training modes and mini-games should be included so that you can increase your players stats outside of a game situation. It would also allow you to see what your players capabilities are with regards to passing, shooting, crossing, free kicks etc, outside of a match. This would be realistic.
3. There should be more feedback given on how to improve your game – you should be ‘coached’ by your team to help you improve.
4. The AI of the team needs to be dramatically improved.
• Defenders kick to touch far too often and far too quickly.
• Strikers shoot from terrible positions far too often rather than passing the ball as they should do. I understand strikers are selfish in real life too, but the strikers in PES BaL are far too selfish.
• The players don’t react to the loose ball quickly enough, and sometimes ignore the ball completely. This happens a lot when I play a through ball to the overlapping fullback, and call for a return pass. They seem to think that I am calling for them to leave the ball.
5. The transfer system in BaL also needs to be looked it – it is simply not realistic for Arsenal to have Steven Gerrard and Wayne Rooney, terribly unrealistic transfers are too common in BaL.
6. Linked to the AI issues – players and teams simply do not play like they should. I am not sure how to articulate this correctly, but I will try. When playing against Manchester United, Rio Ferdinand will defend with composure and pass the ball out of trouble. When you sign for United, Rio Ferdinand will hoof the ball into touch 9 times out of 10. There is little difference to playing with Fulham and playing with United as the World Class players in your team simply don’t play to that level.

My main issue, by far, is number 6 there - I wouldn't mind the long hard slog to get to the top of the game, if getting there actually ment something. When there is no difference between playing alongside Adam Johnson and playing alongside Cristiano Ronaldo, it takes away from the feeling of accomplishment when you get your dream move. I don't understand why the AI is dumbed down so much for your own team, this is something that really needs to be fixed. This is linked to point 4, the overall AI of your team is too low - they take too long to pass, too long to cross, and they shoot from terrible, terrible positions all too often.

My second biggest gripe is the way you increase your stats. It is far too limited and unrealistic. Stamina, for example, should increase quite dramatically as you play more games and get older, it should not be limited by how many strength bars you assign to it. The increase in stats should be more dependent on how you play - if I take many shots, shooting should increase. If I pass a lot, passing should increase etc. As an addition to this, it should be possible to play training modes, like those from PES5, to increase your stats in each area, and the stats should increase with the amount of effort I put in. If I spend an hour practising free kicks, this should be reflected in a stats increase. This would aid to vary the BaL experience and make it more fun and engaging. It would also be realistic - players don't improve in real life purely because of the competitive games, they practice in training.

This.

And also I would like an "in-game positioning aid". As in a real game, if you wander out of position your coach will be yelling at you from the sideline where he wants you to be. An indication like what they have in Fifa would really help in directing you were you ought to be in the formation.

- the final champions league montage is the same for every year. i've played for seasons and the final still showing madrid 2010.

- and also the penalty number is ridiculous. 1 penalty for whole 4 seasons.

- Make the player one year younger. This way stats will be higher in the early 20s.

- To some extent the manager should change formation from game to game, depending on what players are available. There should be a prefered formation, but from time to time the manager should do some changes.

bring back the ability to add other teams from a or b. i support celtic and loved bal last year but they seem to have taken out the option to setup your leagues like you can in the master league so i don't think i'll be spending any time with it this year. :(

- In BAL games it should be possible to ask for support from teammates. This way it will be easier to put pressure on the opposition defence if you're down by a goal and only 5-10 minutes left of the game.

1. Teamates help you more by calling for the ball

2. The stats should be more flexible but not like Fifa's

3. The players talking to each other like saying 1-2 etc.

4. Reserve matches against other reserve clubs every week etc. Possibly 1 training session against your teamates and another against other reserve clubs

5. Challenge training from the old days to help boost your stats with your teammates.

6. Lastly, length of contract should be told; ability to force a move and real money.

7. If your playing with Messi in your team. He is should be shining in the team quality players should make a difference
