PES 2011 Wish-lists: Gameplay

Hello!
I saw PES 2011 two new trailers! But unfortunately I saw player's low speed and dribble speed is not as it was in PES 6!
Please improve player's dribble and running,moving speeds as it was in PES 6!


My wishes for PES 2011:
- PES Traditions should be saved in PES 2011
- many new replays
- after match interview (as on PES 2008)
- player's autograph during training and after the match
- Player's Dribble Speed must be fast as it was in PES 6 (It's a main advantage of PES series)!
- Field Green colour should be very beautiful and look like a real one!
- Replays as it was in PES 6

Why did PES 2010 take FiFA's gameplay?
Why?
I wish PES 2011 to save its PES series traditions!
No more FiFA elements!!!!!!!!

Next to all the wishes mentioned in early posts i`ve got one wish for PES2011. I know it`s still not fixed in the early PES2011 build (70%) that i`ve played last week but i`m still hoping!

-Please take out the minimal amount (3?) of players that are standing in the wall. Like PES2009 and reallife I want to decide how many players I want to put in the wall. And If you use a wall let us setup the wall players in the set pieces menu option.

Please add back the abilty to pass backwards on a freekick with manual pass.

On Pro Evo 2009 and before you could always pass backwards from a free kick using manual pass. On 2010, for some reason that I've never had explained to me, manual pass was removed from free kicks meaning you can ONLY pass it forward from a free kick, this is not realistic and means people often foul as it provides a good chance of winning the ball from your resulting free kick.

When I get a free kick I should be able to do anything with it, including pass the backwards to maintain posession if I want. This is called freedom, which is the term Konami are using for 2011 so hopefully it qill be back.

Also, regarding free kicks, please remove the noobish easy goal I see a lot of people do online where they can put it right on the 6 yard line and their striker heads it in and you can not do anything to defend it.

in addition to setting up player runs in dead ball situations, the defending team has the ability to set up how they want to defend. slim 1 goal lead in the dying minutes and conceding a corner, in real life the defending team will have both posts guarded and every other player is in the box, no single player high up the pitch. would be a great addition to gameplay imo

dead ball situations are still going to be frustrating as hell from what i've seen of the 2011 footage so far, for instance, both centre backs are way back in the centre circle not even in the box to attack the goal. by default they both should be in the box like in real life whether for corner kicks/free kicks in attacking half at all times unless u say otherwise in tactics settings. we should have control of this

Playing BaL regularly highlights one major gameplay flaw: tactics.

Every team plays its default formation for every game, without exception. They change the players around willy-nilly, but they play exactly the same formation away to Chelsea as they do at home against Burnley. It's bizarre. The only time they seem to make tactical changes is when down a goal, and even then they always seem to do it at a set point in the game, and it always seems to be the same change (switching from 4-5-1 to 4-4-2, or replacing a defender with a striker).

I've just played a BaL game as a United player. We were at Man City, and both teams were playing a WIDE OPEN 4-4-2. Lampard and Ireland were the 2 centre-mids for City, while United went with my player alongside Sneijder. Apart from the fact that Lampard, Ireland, and Sneijder are all players who play best in an advanced role with 2 holders protecting them, there is no way both teams would have set themselves out that way in such an important match. Again, the circumstances of each match have to have some bearing on the strategy employed by both teams.

As much as the individual styles of play which can be adjusted with the sliders, we need to see more tactical awareness in the game as a whole. Stronger teams playing at home should generally be facing teams set out to frustrate them. If nothing else, those teams should be a lot more cautious in going forward in numbers. When a team goes down to 10 men, that should affect their approach and formation. Right now it often feels like I'm playing the same match over and over again with different uniforms, especially when every team seems to play an identical style of football.

Bring back control configuration in the old pes, but keep the new one. now with reason!

After playing demo for so many days, this is the conclusion I can get.
pes2011 is the greatest football game in the universe.but also the worse football game in control configuration.

this are the negative:

1.trick control L2 + right stick.
reason: not fluid to do,doesn't feel we do the trick ourselves.what make it worse is the Ps3 L2 is very difficult to click.also when playing hand is busy with the right stick.
solution: keep the left pad trick, but still keep the new one.

Don' t confuse with removed new one.it is not replaced the new one.but bring back the old one, so everybody can choose which trick they want to use.

2.keeper cursor L1 + R3.
reason: should be change to something faster, because when we want to click R3, IMO it need time maybe 1 millisecond slower than the usual triangle.it is make huge different when playing.
solution: use the old L1 + triangle.

3.step over dummy right stick.
reason: actually it is very good, only cannot getting used to it.
solution: keep the L1 2x and R2 2x.

4.dive L3 R3.
reason: when we are running we cannot push L3 easily.
solution: keep the old L1 L2 R2.

the positive part about the new trick configuration is the L1 + right stick.

for other that don't agree and feel satisfied with the new trick configuration, please support us,because it doesn't interfere with the new control configuration.

I dont expext Konami to make changes from every sugestion.. But some things are just BASIC things for ANY football game..!?


PLEASE get rid of having to keep a 3 man wall from just inside your own half.. It has NEVER happened.. & NEVER WILL..!! At least have the option to remove ALL the players!

& a man of the match option would be great.. Considering there is a man of the match in EVERY game..!!?

DAMN.. How frustrating..? Makes me wonder if they really are listening to the fans!

Some critical points regarding the PES 2011 demo:
Speed levels:
On PS3 you have 5 speed levels (-2,-1,0,+1,+2) to choose from.
Why does the demo for PC only have 3 (0,+1,+2) ?
Even level 0 is too fast with top teams imho.

Referees:
Strictness ok but applying of advantage rule is bad, which will lead to cheating in multiplayer matches i'm sure:
You can commit slight fouls not(!) worth yellow card on purpose and ref stopps opponent who kept ball anyhow.
Easy method to prevent a goal.
Please fix it soon!

According to konami-europe the PC fullversion will only support 4 players offline instead of 7/8 like the PS3 version. Why ?
I won't buy PS3 console to make home tourneys with my mates, thats ridiculous!

- Realistic speed of players (defenders always catch up runaway attackers, even if they're very fast)
- Ability to hold the opposition player away using R2 (as it once was), they push by and take the ball way to easily
- Advantage rule
- 360 passing in set piece situations
- Player motion in the box during corners/free kicks

- Option to remove the blur in replays
- Option to control highlight camera angles
- Option to remove everything from screen while watching highlights (who's the scorer, minute, etc.)
- Option to turn of constant foul replays mid-game

Player card for adjusting the offensive/defensive attitude is missing -> sidebacks are way too defensive.
Button to delete all timeline strategies at once would be nice.
Hope there is a possibility to save my teamsettings in fullversion.

Hi, there are my concerns and hopes for 2012 playing the demo... I start from set pieces.
SET PIECES
-set pieces editor (like in FIFA11 + defensive orders),
-throw-ins are bad (if I want to re-pass to thrower with first touch this pass is to strong now, through throw should be here again as well, possibility to change the player like in FIFA - thrower or receiver),
-360 degrees move during free kick, just like in the game and power of pass and through pass should be implemented here - now despite the power gauge is shown, pass goes to the nearest player),
-possibility to move wall and totally free wall making should be added (maybe moving of GK during free kick would be nice),
-penalties (definitelly should be like in FIFA + lob should be possible to make to any directions, not only to the center of goal, I would like also to see GK moving from post to post, view should be classic - like in PES6).

I see alot of people feel the same way as I do for animations- running (esp. still hunched over) crossing, keeper.... even though PES 2011 demo is the "final code." Needs to be more natural and fluid!!

also I want to point this out. I exclusively play "manually." it is very painful to keep pressing on "L2" or whatever you customize for manual play. I have been using scotch tape to keep the bottom down all the time. I should not be doing this, do you think, Konami????? Also swithing players manually is way far away from "good." This needs a serious work on it.

How come we can't just set it (manual control) up in the setting menu??? I think this is a simple thing to make things easier. I know there are alot of hardcore players out there including myself. they need to be heard!!

CHOICES, make more choices in pes so everybody got freedom to play what everybody like.It is also can solve many problem in pes...

example:
1.trick n button configuration. some like new system,some like old system.(can be see from here http://forums.pesfan.com/showthread.php?t=233269 the result almost 50-50).
the solution is: make a choice so people can choose to use new system or old system.

2.camera angle.
solution: make choice by adding degree menu.

3.replay.
solution: more choice like turn off or only replay important one.

and many more problem that can be solved by adding more choices.....

* Muscular injuries (perhaps caused by over-using sprint) and collision injuries (clashes of heads etc)

* Players running off knocks or being patched up (I remember this in previous PES games,might even have been ISS) where players came back from injuries with a strapped up leg or a bandaged head.

* If a player scores after you've selected them to be subbed, have the option to keep them on the pitch.

* Captains being more influential to the team.

and have bandages/blood etc..

I don't particularly agree with the bit about the Captain but the rest sounds good to me!

problem in PES2011 PC game:

Only 3 speeds:

0= too fast
+1= super fast
+2= hyper fast

Dont -1 and -2 speed in PC, Why????

The demo speed was very better than full game... I dont like this.. Like a back to the arcade style...Fix it Konami!!
