They should get at least 2 commentary teams, it would make it so much more interesting.

mark lawrenson and john champion is a good commentary..they just sound bad in PES because konami give them a script to read..you can tell the way they commentating in the game is like they reading a script especially john champion..he will be quiet for 15,30 seconds and then you will hear him talking like ten, eleven words and then quiet again..konami should let them say what they want rather give them a script to read..just look andy gray and martin tyler in fifa 10,they commentary is really good because ea let them to say whatever they feel like to say..

Please Konami, look at getting Ray Hudson from GolTV to do the commentary in PES 2011. This guy is poetry to listen to and understands how beautiful football is.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Pca2t3A5rk - listen to the commentary at 0:28

Get rid of Lawrenson (could even burn him alive)
Get rid of the repetitiveness, even if it means silence at certain moments.
    Less criticism
    Less of the stupid sayings.
Just make a huge script, even small 3/4 word sentences would do.

- Add loads of new scripts for commentators, especially the German ones.
- Add new commentators for a higher variety of comments, dialogues, etc.
- Remove the wrong comments, e.g.: "What a nice throw in" if it was a high pass.
- Add more atmosphere, more enthusiasm to the commentators

Make the commentary just like in PES 3 and all the things will be fine.
If you think I'm sarcastic just try PES 3 full and you'll see what means a good commentary ;).

Simple......why dont Konami have a look at Fifa's commentary. Its superb. They should look and learn. They need fresh/new commentaters. If they cant find a TV commentator why not look at Radio 5 live commentators. They will be cheaper but are equally as good as their tv counterparts.

In my opinion Champion is good, but in real-life, not in PES.
Lawrenson is pretty bad for me, it would be really cool if Andy Townsend (Euro 08/World Cup 06 and maybe WC 10 second commentator like Gray for Tyler or like Lawrenson for Champion) would be the second commentator.

Keep Champions and replace Lawrenson
Much better script! or like FIFA commentators do it, all of the top of their head!
Talk about players, eg: Ronaldo the superstar from Portugal etc
Talk about histroy eg: Chelsea will be looking for revenge after being defeated by Manchester United in the Champions League final not so long ago!

Have conversations: eg the commentators talking about their tip for the league title and why, or why they think someone is in poor form etc

I didn't see a "Wish-Lists - Sound" thread, so I post here the following thing:
-PLEASE, add more chants for most important teams in the world, cause they are very repetitive and then the match atmosphere become boring, the commentary being pretty bad even in PES 10.
The crowd reaction is near perfect, though, so just make more chants !

It'd be nice to have the commentary during the match then different people doing it over the replays and at the end.
a 'back to the studio' kind of feel at half time, lawro would be better this than proper commentary.

Hi here at the forum... as longe time reader i think now its the time to write acctualy something

one thing i thought when i played pes 2010 the first time was "ohh my god the same old comments"

i think its time to go the next step for konami

add several Commentators!

lets say you have 6 of them... so in normal matches only one of them is actually commentating the game but when there is an important match (cup or CL or Europe League or a game witch deside the championship) they should teamup in an random way...

in this case it would take much more time befor the commentator becom boring

and sorry for my bad english :)

the actual commentators are good but they should get more freedom. Don't give them a script.
Also the in the old pes or iss games always said the name of the teams.
Konami please make them like the commentators in NBA 2k10. It's as if you are watching a live game.
