Well, it is Ray, however I think you're looking for an artist to have released an album this year, which he did not do.
For me its to hard to pick, but this is my shortlist:
- Great Lake Swimemrs
- Grizzly Bear
- Maccabees
- The Low Anthem
- Paolo Nutini
If I were to pick one it would be the band in bold.
For song, it has to be Paolo Nutinis "Candy"

Confirmation: Eminems Relapse has won "Best Rap Album of the Year" at the Grammy Awards 2010, his 4th in this category, which means he is now the all time leader for "best rap album".
