agreed with the above- COMMUNITY
in theory it was a great feature but much like groups from 2008 it wont see much use as the usability/functionality is seriously impaired.
1. the 30 user limit is too restrictive
2. the lack of community notifications/messaging, basically users have to be online and logged into the community to have any interaction. make it possible to messge community members as long as they are on the pes servers (you can see from the community user list who's online but if they are not on your XBL / PSN friends list you can't invite them to a community game/tournament etc.
basically if you are part of a 30 strong community you must then add all 29 other members to you friends list - consequently the pesfan referees have closed the official pesfan community thread and will be shutting down the community itself as it's basically not fit for purpose - all good intentions considered
3 as mentioned ability to build a playlist (or Konami can introduce a matchmaking option called 'PLAYLIST') like the bungie playlists where team size, weapon selection, game rules are selected by bungie, community.
basically this would allow scenarios to be constructed for example "the pes team weekly/monthly playlist - WELCOME TO THE BIG LEAGUE" only teams playabe are the 3 newly promoted sides from the premiership, ligue 1, serie A, La Liga, (this would ROCK - imagine? no real madrid and you have to play with white stats

) the possibilities are endless, in the year of the world cup you can configure a complete world cup, or the EURO's, or the ACON, or a particularly interesting group of death, or a champions league knock out scenario (subject to licensed teams ?) point is the ability to limit chooseable teams as a 'server option' just like Halo3 allows you configure weapons selected, spawn points etc
4. Since PESRANKINGS is now officially Konami's pes competition medium, link this to the community and allow the pes servers to be connected online for example from bungie's website you can pull matchmaking stats straight from Halo 3, all the way down to shot count, shot location, death location
