But still. Anyway, Fabregas on form is hard to stop and EPL teams will be happy to see him go. hehe. The best of luck for him with Barca. I will be interested to see how he performs with quality players around him. He has proved his skill with Spain many times.

Old news now, but todays Corriere;

Eto'o all'Anzhi? Ormai si chiude domani»: L'attaccante sta per dire addio all'Inter.

Eto'o to Anzhi, now it will close domani, the striker is about to say goodbye to Inter.

Rumoured replacements are Forlan, Tevez, and even Zarate.

Thoughts Danny?

No to Forlan
Meh to Tevez
Meh to Zarate

We're looking at Lavezzi, according to Moratti, which is what I'd like but I can see us getting Palacio or someone useless

Some dutch paper re-printed a story from a year ago about us trying to buy Kuyt. It's all over the place now. Bloody amateurs

Just realised I typed domani instead of tomorrow :D

If I were an Inter fan, id be excited by Forlan, but can understand the apprehension given his age.
Id definitely want Tevez, the sort of player anyone would want I think, great work rate. Especially if you can keep him happy, and lets be honest, would you rather live in Milan or Manchester? :D

Zarate, you cant have :P

Now Lavezzi, man, id sell 10 Zarates to have him in my team. Fucking love that guy. Cant see him leaving though. Apparently he told Messi that he wants to stay and challenge for lo scudetto with Napoli.

Forlan's too old for my liking

Tevez is a prick, who's never stayed at a club more than a handful of seasons. He'd move and then a week later, starting moaning

As i said on twitter a while back, Zanetti will give him "the look" and Lavezzi will be powerless to reject Inter 8-)

I dunno, I disagree about Tevez, he has made it clear he wants to go home at some point before he retires, so hes not making false promises about staying somewhere forever.
He wanted to stay at United by Fergie wouldnt pay the money for him.

Hes unhappy at City because he doesnt like Manchester. I think alot of people forget that footballers are human, despite the wages! And if youre not happy where are are living, then nothings gonna change that. As I said, Manchester or Milan? No contest, Manchester is a hole!

Yea too right Fergie didn't pay the money for him. He was a loan player and we had an agreed price for him when that deal was to run out. Joarabchin or however you spell his name was offering Tevez to other clubs for quite some time (well within his rights) and at the last minute they asked for a higher fee from Man Utd for Tevez. Considering we paid a lot for his loan services and where to spend a large fee on him to move permanently the sly move by Tevez's representatives more than soured relationships.

I think Tevez is a great talent but he brings a shit load of problems wherever he goes.

Sincerely doubt it. With Eto'o gone, there's no real need to sell him.
Hell, united never even made a bid

Either way, i no longer care.
His acting like him leaving as some sort of favour to inter has made me lose massive respect for him. Either state you want to stay or state you want to leave. The fans, at least, deserve that

Most people, by which i mean United fans, seem to think he'll be a perfect fit. He won't

He wont sign at all. I will apologise and say I was wrong if he does but he wont. A big fee for a player as well as huge wages and bonuses.
He is a player that needs a team built around him for him to flourish. The role Rooney is playing is the role Sneijder is best in. So you either drop Rooney or Chicharito to play your £250k a week new signing. Or we play Sneijder in a two man midfield and tell the other centre mid that he will have to do a lot of covering and tackling to make up the ground that Sneijder wont be covering.

I don't think the deal would be a good one in the long run, as much as I love Sneijder and how great it would be to see him in a Man Utd jersey. It wont happen.

El Mundo: Arsenal to tie up M'Vila deal.

Expected reinforcements for the template of the Arsenal to reach London in imminent manner, starting with the incorporation of the French Yann M'Vila, which became the Rennes by 25 million euros, but does not seem likely that the operation be closed before Sunday

please be a reliable source. and Hazard traffic is hitting a faster gear aswell. and i believe Cahill will be done.

if these three come, then i will be as happy as an Arsenal fan when Wenger signs some players.

Good reinforcement signing for Napoli. Good stroke and seeing how they are in the Big Leagues (Champions League), depth is needed.

All but confirmed by Inter...

Diego Forlan - Atletico Madrid > Inter

Confirmed by Atletico's coach though
_____________________________________________________________

And strongly rumoured and possibly confirmed by Samp's sporting director

Andrea Poli - Sampdoria > Inter - €1m Loan deal (with a agreed price of €6m to make it permanent)

There were rumours of Poli moving to us a few months ago when Samp went down but there's been nothing since and then out of the blue we've, seemingly, signed him. Amazing 8-)
