The Midfield Maestro! I agree, its good to have a fellow rover on the boards! welcome, but yeah Tugay probably the best player ive ever seen also at Ewood, if he was a few years younger with the way he was playing in hes mid 30's I think he would have been playing for one of the bigger clubs.

This is not just a list of legends. These are players I do miss from back in the days watching live on tv, and they are many, so bear with me:

Batistuta
Baggio
Boban
Weah
Ronaldo
Romario
Stoichkov
Hierro
Maradona
Gullit
Shearer
The 90's Beckham and Del Piero
Schmeichel
Brian Laudrup
Rivaldo
Peruzzi
Davids
Nedved
Juninho (the short one who played for Middlesbrough)
Roberto Carlos
Recoba
Zamorano
Salas
Kanu
Valeron
Karpin
Alfonso Pérez (First player I've seen wear white boots from what I recall and they looked weird back then)
Cañizares
Mijatovic
Suker
Boksic
Dahlin
Brolin
Larsson
Tore Andre Flo
Maldini
Cafu
Stam
Ortega
Gascoigne
The younger Shevchenko
Valderama
Higuita
Asprilla

And pretty sure I've missed tons more.

 Really? I've heard absolutely nothing of him for a long time. Like he's vanished off the face of the earth.

Still though, surely he's not as good as the young player he used to be?

Well i think he's actually had a pretty good season, injury-wise. Finished the season with Nacional, scoring 8 in 24. Not too shabby
