A classic Sir Alex quote. Directed at the lethargic and silent Old Trafford after a scrappy 1-0 win over Birmingham City over 3 years ago seems rather apt to describe the crowds we find ourselves handed in PES. Sure, over the last few we've got a Solskjaer chant thrown in but when playing modes like Master League, the monotonous, inaudible and unrecognisable nature of a teams supporters can wear a little thin...

As such, last year I decided to edit together some chants for use in the game. Got some good feedback from a few people on them, so I'm back for more this time around. And it's not just the Premier League this year...I'm going balls out and will have packs made for PREMIER LEAGUE, LIGUE 1, SERIE A, EREDIVISIE, LA LIGA, PREMEIRA LIGA, REST of EUROPE teams and a few NATIONAL SIDES to boot.

95 TEAM SPECIFIC CHANTS - Medleys for each team / Songs for WIN slots / Commentary call-names

16 GENERIC CHANTS - For use on any of the 20 EPL teams

9 GOAL CHANTS - For the GOAL slot (can be used for any teams in the game)

22 ENTRANCE SONGS - To use on league/cup edit, you can assign these edited entrance songs to play as the teams come out of the tunnel

Unpack the file with WINRAR (http://www.rarlab.com/)

Then create a FOLDER on your desktop to extract them to (eg/ ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE CHANTS)

For how to get them onto your PS3, there is a file within PART 1 called 'CHANT INSTALLATION GUIDE', this has all the steps you need to get them into PES 2012.

Also note in PART 1 - there is an 'EPL CHANTS BREAKDOWN' file. This contains a breakdown of all the chants you can find in each medley Very handy, spesh for United's 11 medleys!

So there we go, very much hope everyone finds something useful in the packs and it adds something to your PES experience this year. The reason I do this, pretty much lies with the fact that the PES community has been so strong in making my enjoyment for the game increase with all the gameplay tweaks, kit editing, stadium editing, community comps etc. Feel like this is my small contribution to a fantastic community full of people that play the game in the right spirit and are always willing to go that little bit further for some PES MAGIC.

Might actually get some time to play the game now!

Mate you surpassed yourself this year there sound excellent , been nicer if your chucked a couple more tottenham chants in there lol looking forward to the european chants for them CL/Europa games in the master league . Are you gonna try and get the packs out as soon as possible or you gonna do one pack a week? Also wondering was you planing on doing any championship chants? no big deal if your not. MIght share your chants with other sites mate if that ok? ie pes gameing,pesfans but because its your work i ask you first there def a lack of decent chants for pes this year so im sure there be liked but great stuff keep up the good work

@ sportyfox - Don't believe they can go on PC as mp3's mate. You would need to change the file types to .adx to make them playable. I've used a program called Spesoft Audio Converter before to go the opposite way (.adx to mp3), give it a google and a whirl

As for the European chants...Ligue 1 & Serie A will both make an appearance sometime this week. Not as extensive as the Premier League pack - in the sense of having 3-4 medleys for every single club....but gunna include quite a lot of generic one's so they can be mixed and matched to the 'lesser known' teams in all the leagues.Loving the atmosphere they bring to the game, full of drums, ultras and one-person led epic chants

Be posting some preview vids of the chants in-game soon too - for anyone looking for a glimpse at what's on offer with these downloads.

Oh and I am on the boards (not very actively it must be said...) @ pesfan / pesgaming, so no doubt once I've got them all done and posted here, I'll send the news over. In the meantime, feel free to recommend to anyone and everyone - more people to download and get some enjoyment the better.

Just wondering chuck what tools did you use to make these chants ? i got audacity and mp3 gain on my computer do i need any thing else ? Was thinking of making some decent championship chants

Thanks so much for posting them..great work.

However, and I feel bad for saying, I'm still having problems hearing them during the game..apart from the Commentary voice which booms!! Do I have to adjust anything to getter a better sound??

aha yes! Forgot to say - when playing in-game, for me personally, I've knocked down the commentary by 4/5 and the BGM (right spelling?) down by about 7/8 notches on the loudness bar for the SOUND SETTINGS.

BGM was way too loud anyways without the chants and commentary down a few just sits better and feels more mixed in with the other sounds.

@ nelly1882 - all I used to make these were Audacity, did any volumes/DB boosting in there once edited.

As for the Championship, I do have plenty of mp3 files I could turn into a pack (plus, Birmingham, Blackpool, West Ham are done from 2011) - just wasn't going to bother as I'm not using the Championship teams myself this year (rather a mix of fictional / world teams instead). If you're are gunna give em a bash, I can forward you on what I've got if you like mate?

Was hoping to roll out Ligue 1 / Serie A tonight/tomorrow but looking unlikely as got mountains of 'real life' work to hit @ the moment! Sunday probably most likely.

if you can forward them fella that would be great i nicked birmigham ,blackpool,west ham chants from last season pack and gived them aboost via mp3 gain , it seems to work but i would like more don,t mind shareing them on this site if it helps the community im useing gtm pro option file so championship chants are a must

I wonder if you have these chants as originals before making them louder?
I´d rather have these chants in better quality than louder.
